Terms of service
The agreement governing invitation-only use of Actumetry.
Effective 31 August 2026 | Version 2026-08-31
Agreement and operator
By accepting an invitation or a later policy update, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Trading Risk Disclosure. Actumetry is operated by Raunak Tanwani, a sole proprietor in India trading as Actumetry. Governing law, venue, a non-residential service address, and mandatory consumer-law carve-outs require independent legal approval before access expands beyond the private alpha.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter this agreement, and permitted to use the service where you live. You may not use Actumetry where doing so would violate sanctions, trading, financial-services, or other applicable law.
Private-alpha access
Access is invitation-only, limited, revocable, and provided for evaluation. Invitations may not be transferred or shared.
Acceptable use
Users must keep credentials secure, submit only data they are authorized to use, and avoid attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls.
You may not upload unlawful material, impersonate another person, probe other users' accounts, introduce malicious code, abuse provider APIs, automate excessive requests, or use Actumetry to operate a signal, advisory, or execution service without written permission.
Your account and data
You are responsible for your identity, devices, credentials, API keys, and account activity. Submit or connect only records you own or are authorized to process. You retain ownership of your content and grant Actumetry a limited licence to host, transform, and analyze it solely to provide, secure, and improve the service under your preferences.
X connection and owner-approved actions
The owner-operated X integration may request identity, Post read, Post write, Direct Message read and write, media upload, and offline-access permissions. X requires Direct Message read permission when Direct Message write permission is requested. Connecting an account authorizes Actumetry only to use the permissions shown on X's consent screen for that connected account. It does not itself authorize a publication or message.
Before each supported outbound action, Actumetry must show the authenticated administrator the exact target or recipient, text, media, accessibility descriptions, and estimated request cost, then require affirmative approval for that exact revision. Editing an approved draft invalidates its approval. Approval creates a short-lived, one-use release grant; reopening or refreshing the release desk requires approval again. The integration uses the official X API and does not autonomously create posts, read inbox history, send Direct Messages, engage with accounts, follow, like, repost, quote, or add location data. An uncertain provider response is never retried automatically. The owner is responsible for the recipient, the rights to approved text and media, the accuracy of disclosures, and compliance with the X Rules.
Actumetry may retain an encrypted refresh token to maintain the owner-authorized connection, stage private media before approval, and keep non-secret approval and publication audit records. Publishing remains subject to Actumetry's internal rate and cost limits, X availability, the X account's settings, and any X API fees or credits.
Third-party services
Clerk, hosting, storage, email, X, broker, exchange, OpenRouter, and selected model providers have separate terms and availability. You authorize Actumetry to communicate with a connected provider for the requested workflow. Provider fees, trading fees, and bring-your-own-model charges remain your responsibility.
No financial advice
Actumetry is an analytical journaling and behavioral-intelligence tool. It does not provide investment advice, signals, recommendations, or guarantees.
Actumetry is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, fiduciary, tax adviser, or legal adviser. It does not execute trades or monitor your account for losses or rule breaches. You remain solely responsible for every trading and risk decision.
Alpha limitations
Features may change, be unavailable, or contain defects. Users should retain independent records and must not rely on Actumetry for order execution or mandatory compliance records.
Intellectual property
Actumetry and its software, interface, documentation, formulas, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service during the alpha, no right is transferred. Feedback may be used to improve Actumetry without revealing your private trading content.
Termination
Actumetry may suspend access to protect users, data, or service integrity. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Suspension does not remove rights that must survive termination, including ownership, acceptable-use enforcement, disclaimers, and lawful record retention.
Warranties and liability
The private alpha is provided on an as-available evaluation basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Actumetry does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, analytical accuracy, provider availability, trading outcomes, or preservation as an official record system. Liability exclusions and caps cannot override non-waivable consumer rights; final language and any cap require counsel approval.
Changes and contact
Material terms are versioned and renewed acceptance will be requested when required. Continued use cannot substitute for affirmative acceptance where applicable law requires it. Questions about these terms can be sent to raunak@actumetry.com. The final agreement remains subject to independent legal review before broader admission.
